Dr. Rob went to The USA National Standup Paddleboard Championships this weekend and placed 8th overall in the Open Men’s Ocean Technical Race!

Dr. Rob placed 4th in his first heat which sent him to the repechage heat. He clawed his way back through ocean swells, nasty wind, jellyfish and choppy conditions to place 2nd! The top two moved back into the Final Championship Heat where he placed 8th alongside the best Standup Paddlers in the USA!

A special shout out to Megan Cynowa (Dr. Rob’s Wife) for placing 4th in her age division in the long-distance race and to Jade Cynowa (daughter) who placed 1st in the kid’s race!
